Operation Christmas Child Shoe Box Event

Join us at Prosser Nazarene Church as we take part in the mission to bring joy and the hope of Jesus to children around the world through Operation Christmas Child!

This is your chance to make a difference in a child’s life by creating a simple shoebox filled with gifts, love, and prayer.

How You Can Participate

  1. Create Your Own Shoebox

    • Pack a shoebox at home with items for a boy or girl (ages 2–14).

  2. Donate Items Monthly

    • Each month, we will collect a specific category of items at Prosser Nazarene.

    • Together, we’ll pack them during our Community Shoebox Packing Event in the first week of November.

What Goes in a Shoebox? (6 Categories)

  1. Wow Item – Something special (e.g., doll, soccer ball with pump, truck)

  2. Toy – Small cars, stuffed animals, jump ropes, yo-yos, musical toys

  3. School Supplies – Pencils, pens, crayons, notebooks, coloring books

  4. Hygiene Items – Comb, brush, toothbrush, washcloth, soap (no liquids)

Why It Matters

Each shoebox is more than a gift—it’s a message of love and hope, reminding children that they are not forgotten and that they are deeply loved by God.

Let’s join hands as a community and spread the joy of Christmas around the world—one shoebox at a time!
